My Philosophy
I believe simple habits done consistently are more powerful than extreme plans followed perfectly for a few weeks.
My mission is to help mums build movement habits they can actually stick to, by changing perspective on exercise so it's something you crave, rather than dread!
Why? Because when mums feel stronger, healthier and more energised, everybody benefits.

Hi I'm Millie
I'm a Pilates teacher, personal trainer and toddler mum.
After becoming a mum myself, I experienced first-hand how easy it is to put yourself at the bottom of the priority list.
Through consistent movement, walking, strength training and Pilates, I discovered that looking after myself wasn't selfish, it helped me show up better in every area of life.
And a happy by-product, I lost 1.2st (6kg) compared to my pre-pregnancy weight & I'm physically stronger and fitter than I've ever been.
My mission is simple:
To help mums build movement habits they can actually stick to, because when mum feels good, the whole family benefits.
