Our combined baby massage and baby yoga classes run in small, cosy groups so you and your little one can learn, bond, and enjoy a calm weekly routine together.

Classes are booked as a block to help you feel confident with the techniques and to keep the group consistent as we build week by week.

Mum & Baby Pilates

A gentle, postnatal-friendly Pilates class designed to help you reconnect with your core, rebuild strength, and move with confidence, with your baby right there beside you.

Bring your baby in their car seat, or lay them on a mat or blanket in front of you.

You move, they chill. No pressure, no perfect.
