Hi, I’m Millie

Hi, I’m Millie — founder of Millie Rose Moves and Mini Rose Moves.

I’m a Level 3 Pilates instructor with a pre- and postnatal focus, as well as a baby massage and baby yoga practitioner.

My classes are designed to help you rebuild confidence in your body, bond with your baby, and feel a little more you again. With no bounce back agenda, my perspective on movement has always been for the mind before the body, something so incredibly important in postpartum days. I’ve had anxiety and depression since I was 18, way before Frank was a twinkle in my eye, and movement was and still is my number one tool to combat the days when my brain is working against me.

Expect a calm, welcoming space, realistic movement, and practical tools you can use at home.

Whether you’re rolling out a mat for your first postnatal class, or joining for baby massage and giggles on the floor, you’ll be met exactly where you are.
